When handling company and job information entrusted to us, I make a conscious effort to reinterpret it from the perspective of candidates with working holiday, study abroad, or overseas experience.
This often reveals strengths and appeal points that even the companies themselves may not have noticed.
Q Can you tell us about your background and career history?: After completing a graduate degree in the humanities, I joined an IT startup — which unfortunately went bankrupt within a year, leaving me uncertain about my career path.
While working in corporate recruitment, I found myself longing for a role with more international exposure. In my mid‑30s, I resumed studying English for the first time since my high school study abroad experience, and — somewhat recklessly — challenged myself to secure a job overseas just before turning 40.

After returning to Japan, I worked as a freelancer before taking on my current role.
I am committed to improving our services so that both job seekers and employers can genuinely feel, “I’m glad I leveraged my working‑holiday experience.”
Q What message would you like to share with those considering career support?: Having worked in recruitment for over ten years, I understand how isolating the role of a hiring manager can sometimes feel. With shifts in the candidate pool and the rapid globalization of business, many may feel as though they are fighting alone with limited tools.
