During middle school, I had the opportunity to participate in a student exchange program in Australia. Feeling frustrated by my inability to speak English at the time, I decided to study abroad in Australia for one year during high school. After graduating from university, I worked as a staff member responsible for UK trade at an EC site in Los Angeles, USA. Leveraging my experiences, I am currently striving to deliver valuable job information to more job seekers through social media platforms.

Could you please tell me about your previous work experience?
As the UK trade representative for an EC site based in the United States, I focused on utilizing social media platforms for acquiring new customers. I managed Instagram, X, and other SNS accounts, and provided customer support by following up with individuals who contacted us through social media. Additionally, I actively developed sales strategies, such as using SNS to promote new product releases and strengthen communication with customers, in order to generate hit products.

When I returned to Japan from the United States and faced challenges finding a job, I was attracted to this company because it offered opportunities to leverage my international experience. My current role involves conducting interviews with individuals who have applied for overseas positions, in order to understand their career goals and skills and support them in finding the best matching job opportunities. Additionally, I am involved in creating job advertisements and career support materials, where I utilize creative visuals and messages to facilitate positive matches between job seekers and companies. Simultaneously, I handle marketing activities across various media platforms, devising and executing advertising strategies to expand awareness of our services to a wider audience of job seekers. Furthermore, I provide customer support, striving to enhance our services through communication with our clients. Through these responsibilities, I contribute to the success of both job seekers and companies.

To succeed on a global scale, I believe it's essential to understand one's strengths and have the courage to embrace challenges.
